Building And Premises Of A Mission To Be Inviolable
3. Building and premises of a Mission to be inviolable:
(1) The building and premises of the Mission shall be inviolable. The official or an agent of the Government of Nepal shall not enter into them, except with the consent of the Head of the Mission.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Government of Nepal to protect the building and premises of the Mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any
disturbance of the peace of the Mission or impairment of its dignity.
(3) The building, premises of the Mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and means of transport or the Mission shall be immune from
search, requisition, confiscation, attachment or execution.
